Dr Mehdi Amirkhani is an expert in sustainable design and net-zero energy homes, with extensive connections in the prefabrication industry. His multidisciplinary research spans sustainable architecture, building technologies, and digital innovation, including parametric design, BIM, and VR. With a PhD focused on integrated lighting solutions for energy efficiency and comfort, Mehdi has advanced methods for indoor thermal comfort evaluation and authored impactful work on housing and infrastructure in rural areas. As an Accredited Thermal Performance Assessor and seasoned Architect, he has led over 150 successful residential projects across Australia and overseas, shaping the future of sustainable construction.
